Arianna Baretta – Pastry Chef

Hello,

My name is Arianna Baretta. I am a pastry chef that for the last 15 years hasĀ  worked in London, Amsterdam, Italy, and Switzerland at high end restaurants including running the patisserie at multiple Michelin starred restaurants.

My goal is to stick to the highest standards of desert, pastry, and bread making focusing on a simple, but elegant presentation while using the highest quality, seasonal ingredients.

Currently I am the Pastry Chef at Albana / Thailando in Silvaplana, Switzerland where I focus on making traditional Swiss pastries (like Nusstorten) and bread as well as create modern twists on classic deserts for our Thai kitchen.
